Shipping is based on weight. As we enter each item into the store, it's weight in grams is also added. This allows for a continually updating shipping estimation as you shop. The "Estimate Shipping" button is found on the shopping cart page and is visible once an item is added to the shopping cart.

The tare weight (the weight of the packaging) is automatically added to the overall total weight of the package. The tare weight is 115 grams or about 4 ounces.

  Many items are made-to-order and all items are inspected, packed and wrapped securely to ensure that they reach you in tip-top condition. To allow for this, orders generally ship within 1 - 3 days. Our goal is to complete orders as quickly as possible while still adhering to a high level of quality. You should allow up to a further 5 days for European delivery and up to 10 days for international delivery.

We can offer faster service if you need an item urgently by sending your package Expedited International Post. There is, however, an extra postal charge. Once packaged, your items are guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days. You will have the opportunity to select this option during checkout.

Below is an overview of the available shipping options.

First Class Post: A good option for packages of less monetary value. Please note that while this is the most economical option, your package is Un-insured. *Customer accepts risk* and responsibility if the package is lost or damaged. Orders totaling 175.00 Euro or more (or the equivalent in your currency) are automatically sent registered post. You can usually expect to receive your purchase within 5-10 days of the shipping date.

Registered Post: Your package is insured and able to be tracked. You can usually expect to receive your purchase within 5-10 days of the shipping date.

Expedited International Post: Expect to receive your purchase within 3 business days of the shipping date. The shipping price you are quoted is insured to 1500.00 Euro.

Return Policy

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) for refund or store credit. Please contact us in advance of returning an item. Returns must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt, in the same condition as sold, including all original packaging. Refunded items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if you accept store credit in lieu of a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A copy of the invoice and a clear explanation concerning the nature of the return must accompany the returned merchandise.

All jewelry is inspected thoroughly prior to shipment.
